Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to handle regular computer work, standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50lbs
  • Awareness of state and local liquor laws
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement
  • Commitment to uphold operational and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Some college preferred
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior restaurant management experience
  • Experience in serving and managing beer, wine and liquor
  • Knowledge of state and local liquor laws
  • Front of house restaurant experience
  • Ability to learn new tasks, systems and technologies
  • Strong team building and collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Dependable and self-reliant
  • Team player

Job Duties

  • Ensures the operational basics and standards are adhered to with total commitment and passion by providing direction and guidance to employees
  • Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal, state, local laws and ordinances
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation
  • Responsible for achieving targeted financial results including employee scheduling and liquor orders
  • Enforces safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for the entire restaurant
  • Exercises good judgement and acts as a role model within the restaurant
  • Completes all relevant standard operating procedures and systems in place
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
