Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum two years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work various shifts and weekends
- Must comply with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk during shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands for tasks
- Ability to verbally communicate and use vision for detailed work
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Execute corporate and local marketing programs
- Champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily food quality and cleanliness standards
- Manage cash control and security procedures
- Control food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory
- Control labor costs through schedule monitoring and sales performance
- Perform all other assigned duties
