Job Requirements
- 3-4 years supervisory experience in an upscale restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel or country club
- flexible schedule
- superior communication skills, written and verbal
- hospitality degree or management degree or relevant experience
- knowledge of JONAS preferred

Job Duties
- exceed all member and guest expectations
- assure the highest standards of service including dining room appearance and hospitality of service staff
- maintain cleanliness of food and beverage facilities
- provide supervision and training to staff
- develop and implement programs to increase restaurant sales
- implement controls to maintain budgeted food, labor, supplies, and cost goals
- ensure compliance with club policies and industry regulations
