Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high volume full-service environment
  • passion for hospitality
  • results-driven trustworthy and team-oriented
  • valid food manager certification
  • bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred
  • hardworking outgoing positive and friendly attitude

Job Duties

  • assist with interviewing hiring training and follow-up with new team members
  • ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipe standards and quality standards
  • fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations
  • participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels kitchen equipment and cleanliness
  • maintain the integrity of food and beverage quality standards
  • continuously train develop and mentor team members
  • drive sales through a guest-first mentality and high-energy service orientation
