Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week
  • Availability to work weekend shifts
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management preferred
  • Proven leadership skills in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant team with passion and commitment
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve business goals
  • Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
  • Train, coach, and develop restaurant staff
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards according to company policies and CDC guidelines
