Job Duties

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous professional development
  • Living core values and leading others to do the same while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
  • Overseeing all aspects of the business including cost control, staff management, and guest satisfaction
  • Managing daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment environment
  • Motivating the team to meet and exceed business goals and operational standards
