Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience
- Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
- Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience

Job Duties
- Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations

- Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development
- Living core values and leading others to do the same while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
- Managing cost of goods sold and labor to maximize profitability
- Overseeing all aspects of the business from minor details to big-picture strategy
- Handling high-volume business days and maintaining stamina and focus throughout long shifts
