Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of restaurant management experience
- availability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- willingness to work a schedule of five 10-hour shifts
- fluent in English
- valid driver’s license
- strong commitment to hospitality and guest service

Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning of front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control to optimize profitability
- uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction
- collaborate with home office support to implement company initiatives and address operational challenges
- contribute to achieving business goals through effective decision-making and strategic planning
