Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of restaurant management experience
  • availability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • willingness to work a schedule of five 10-hour shifts
  • fluent in English
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong commitment to hospitality and guest service

  • at least 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning of front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control to optimize profitability
  • uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
  • resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction
  • collaborate with home office support to implement company initiatives and address operational challenges
  • contribute to achieving business goals through effective decision-making and strategic planning
