Job Duties

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations within the restaurant and support service across multiple outlets as needed
  • lead by example on the floor, embodying refined, gracious hospitality during service
  • train, mentor, and support staff to uphold luxury service standards and detailed steps of service
  • partner with the GM, AGM, and culinary leadership to align service with Marcel's fine dining vision
  • maintain guest relations with professionalism, handling concerns with discretion and solution-oriented leadership
  • support financial performance through cost control, purchasing, and scheduling
  • assist with private, semi-private, and hosted dining activations in collaboration with the events team
  • ensure all safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards are consistently maintained
