Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work a five-day work week with 50 hours scheduled
- Maximum of three closing shifts per week
- Willingness to participate in management training program
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Competency with scheduling and inventory software
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee staff performance and provide leadership and training
- Maintain food quality and service standards
- Monitor inventory and control costs
- Implement safety and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to streamline workflows
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
