Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work a five-day work week with 50 hours scheduled
  • Maximum of three closing shifts per week
  • Willingness to participate in management training program
  • Reliable transportation to work location
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Competency with scheduling and inventory software

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee staff performance and provide leadership and training
  • Maintain food quality and service standards
  • Monitor inventory and control costs
  • Implement safety and sanitation regulations
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to streamline workflows
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
