Job Duties

  • Lead FOH operations with a presence-driven approach and guest-first mindset
  • Support training, coaching, and development of FOH team members
  • Assist with scheduling, labor tracking, and shift leadership
  • Ensure brand standards, service steps, and policies are consistently upheld
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and service expectations
  • Assist with event execution and high-volume peak shifts
  • Help manage inventory, R&M needs, and operational checklists
  • Build positive relationships with guests and the team to create repeat loyalty
