Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the Krewe by modeling gracious hospitality and teamwork
- Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training processes
- Ensure guests are welcomed, cared for, and satisfied
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Manage daily operations with attention to detail and consistency
- Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards
- Oversee cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and labor management
- Drive sales through hospitality and attention to pace and flow
- Assist in implementing new menu rollouts and marketing initiatives
- Promote and uphold a positive workplace culture
