Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the Krewe by modeling gracious hospitality and teamwork
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training processes
  • Ensure guests are welcomed, cared for, and satisfied
  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Manage daily operations with attention to detail and consistency
  • Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards
  • Oversee cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and labor management
  • Drive sales through hospitality and attention to pace and flow
  • Assist in implementing new menu rollouts and marketing initiatives
  • Promote and uphold a positive workplace culture
