Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years restaurant experience
- Ability to read and write English
- Training in restaurant and carry out operations
- Knowledge of company products and policies
- Ability to work varied hours including holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to rotate to other locations
- Ability to operate necessary equipment
- Ability to balance labor to spreadsheets and explain variances
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years restaurant experience
- Ability to read and write English
- Follow and assign verbal and written instructions
- Use math
- Training in all aspects of restaurant and carry out operations including waiting tables, prep work, steam and pizza
- Thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies and procedures
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus
Job Duties
- Shape the culture of the restaurant and work towards a high level of team member engagement and guest satisfaction
- Assist with achieving all budgeted financial goals including income, sales, costs
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, training and developing team members
- Maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination
- Work with team members to create positive guest experiences and assist with guest needs
- Schedule team members efficiently and cost-effectively
- Implement and supervise responsible and ethical cash management
- Coordinate special events, drop-off catering, and carry out orders
- Implement store promotions
- Responsible for inventory maintenance, purchasing and receiving
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness guidelines
- Monitor and maintain high quality of service and food
- Supervise repair and maintenance of the store
- Report and address safety concerns
- Provide timely feedback to supervisors on service failures or guest concerns
- Ensure daily preparation of the location including kitchen, food, prep work, cleanliness, and staffing
- Attend required meetings and delegate responsibilities with approval
- Perform other assigned responsibilities
