Job Requirements

  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • college degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management
  • minimum 2 years restaurant management and/or supervisory experience
  • minimum 6 months food and beverage service experience
  • knowledge of service standards and cost control in food and beverage
  • strong leadership and human relations skills
  • ability to manage labor controls, maintenance, and merchandising
  • ability to take full ownership and accountability for restaurant operations and success

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • college degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management
  • 2 year's restaurant management and/or supervisory experience, 6 months food & beverage service experience
  • knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, human relations, maintenance and merchandising
  • ability to take ownership and accountability for the overall operations and success of the restaurant

Job Duties

  • Train, supervise, and discipline restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
  • maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests throughout their dining experience
  • manage reservations and seating assignments according to service standards
  • ensure staff consistently demonstrate proper service techniques for all meal periods
  • anticipate and secure necessary materials, supplies, and equipment
  • monitor food, beverage, and equipment usage to control costs and maintain efficiency
  • oversee facility conditions, recommending repairs or improvements as needed
  • prepare staff schedules, payroll, and required revenue/labor documentation
  • support the Food and Beverage team and assume responsibility for the restaurant when needed
