Job Requirements
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- college degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management
- minimum 2 years restaurant management and/or supervisory experience
- minimum 6 months food and beverage service experience
- knowledge of service standards and cost control in food and beverage
- strong leadership and human relations skills
- ability to manage labor controls, maintenance, and merchandising
- ability to take full ownership and accountability for restaurant operations and success
Job Qualifications
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- college degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management
- 2 year's restaurant management and/or supervisory experience, 6 months food & beverage service experience
- knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, human relations, maintenance and merchandising
- ability to take ownership and accountability for the overall operations and success of the restaurant
Job Duties
- Train, supervise, and discipline restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
- maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests throughout their dining experience
- manage reservations and seating assignments according to service standards
- ensure staff consistently demonstrate proper service techniques for all meal periods
- anticipate and secure necessary materials, supplies, and equipment
- monitor food, beverage, and equipment usage to control costs and maintain efficiency
- oversee facility conditions, recommending repairs or improvements as needed
- prepare staff schedules, payroll, and required revenue/labor documentation
- support the Food and Beverage team and assume responsibility for the restaurant when needed
