Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year working in restaurant environment
- must be 21 years of age or older
- successful completion of alcohol and food certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment
- successful completion of Bricktown Brewery Manager in Training program
- ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work 50+ hours per week including weekends
- adherence to company policies and procedures including appearance standards
- prompt and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year working in restaurant environment
- restaurant management experience preferred
- 2-year hospitality degree preferred
- must be 21 years of age or older
- effective communication skills
- knowledge of guest service principles and processes
- aptitude for driving sales through guest cultivation and retention
- knowledge of menu, food and beverage preparation
- coaching and performance management ability
- ability to analyze financial information and adhere to budgets
- ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- working knowledge of restaurant equipment and health codes
- time management skills
- ability to use Ctuit, Aloha POS, Excel, Word, Ops Analytica, and Outlook
Job Duties
- Execute daily restaurant operations including supervision of hourly team members
- assist General Manager with execution of sales initiatives and goals
- support all front of house operations including systems adherence, health inspections, order guides, sales services, quality control of beer and food safety and sanitation
- oversee presentation of food ensuring it meets Bricktown Brewery specifications
- monitor compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and serving
- maintain building, equipment and supply levels through contacting repair or maintenance contractors and using basic maintenance skills
- handle guest complaints and comments promptly and professionally
- ensure a safe working and guest environment and complete accident reports as needed
- communicate team member issues and complaints to management through meetings or digital logs
- sign off front and back of house team members at end of shifts
- follow company procedures including crisis situations
- complete Manager in Training projects as assigned
- assist General Manager in programs and systems success such as hourly training and certified trainer programs
- assist in writing hourly team member schedules based on budget
- support administrative duties including invoices, reporting, HR, and payroll
- strictly follow cash handling and security procedures
- communicate with General Manager on expenditures, sales projections, and managing costs
- perform other duties as assigned by Regional Manager or Operations Leadership
