Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- compliance with state-mandated alcohol age requirements for serving positions
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, handle, bend, stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- verbal communication skills
- visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception
- ability to freely access all restaurant areas
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- assigning and directing work

- rewarding and disciplining employees
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction

- assist team members with job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs to build store sales
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
- monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness
- control day-to-day operations including cash control, security, financial reporting, and scheduling
- control food and labor costs through recipe adherence, portion control, inventory and scheduling management
- perform all other duties as assigned
