Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Prior leadership role experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Compliance with state age requirements for alcohol service in applicable locations
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- Ability to use close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively
- Capability to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register areas

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work duties
- Appraise employee performance and administer rewards and disciplinary actions
- Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and cultivate a warm hospitality environment
- Assist with building store sales through corporate and local marketing programs
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain cost controls including food, labor, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors and maintain cleanliness standards
- Control cash procedures, review financial reports, and adjust schedules accordingly
- Perform other duties as assigned
