Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- adherence to company and local health and safety standards
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands for handling tools and controls
- ability to bend and stoop
- capacity to taste, smell, and communicate effectively
- vision capabilities including close and distance vision
- ability to access all restaurant areas including sales floor and stock area
- legal requirements for alcohol service for applicable locations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work schedules
- appraise employee performance
- reward and discipline staff
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs to build store sales
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations and control costs
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control cash procedures and review financial reports
- manage food and labor costs effectively
- perform additional assigned duties
