Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, faced paced restaurant
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Exceptional leadership skills - ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
  • Passionate about execution, hospitality and service
  • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day
  • Occasionally required to stoop, bend or kneel
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years front-of-house management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate, inspire, and develop a team
  • Passionate about hospitality execution and service excellence
  • Experience managing financials including budgets and labor costs
  • Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented culture
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
