Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a management position or minimum of 5 years working in service industry or a bachelor degree in related fields
- profound knowledge of restaurant operations
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- experience in supervising and managing staff
- excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversees production of food according to sanitation and quality standards
- manages and mentors staff including recruiting, hiring, training all employees, overseeing HR and payroll, managing discipline and termination issues, ensuring ongoing training and education
- manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas
- ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
- ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and company policies
- provides timely and accurate reports as required
- addresses customer concerns and issues
- ensures stated goals are met
