Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a management position or minimum of 5 years working in service industry or a bachelor degree in related fields
  • profound knowledge of restaurant operations
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • experience in supervising and managing staff
  • excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • a profound knowledge of restaurant operations, preferably for both front of the house and back of the house operations
  • must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • experience in supervising and managing staff

  • excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Oversees production of food according to sanitation and quality standards
  • manages and mentors staff including recruiting, hiring, training all employees, overseeing HR and payroll, managing discipline and termination issues, ensuring ongoing training and education
  • manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas
  • ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
  • ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and company policies
  • provides timely and accurate reports as required
  • addresses customer concerns and issues
  • ensures stated goals are met
