Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • Two years of management operations experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of leadership in fast food restaurant management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales and profit targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
  • Capability to train and develop team members

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting
  • Strong skills in coaching and training
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to accomplish sales and profit goals
  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Managing the operations and restaurant staff
  • Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment
  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and write-up staff
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
  • Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers
