Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- Two years of management operations experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of leadership in fast food restaurant management
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales and profit targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Capability to train and develop team members

- Previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting
- Strong skills in coaching and training
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Organizational and planning skills
- Ability to accomplish sales and profit goals

Job Duties
- Managing the operations and restaurant staff
- Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and write-up staff
- Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
- Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers
