Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Associate Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Proven ability to problem solve and handle high-stress situations
  • Ability to interpret financial statements
  • Ability to multitask under business demands
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and additional shifts
  • Available for occasional overnight and airline travel
  • Reliable transportation to meet banking obligations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Associate Manager or 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager
  • Must be 100% certified in all workstations
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Proven ability to problem solve and handle high-stress situations

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations execution and management of staff
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • Provide exceptional guest experience by ensuring proper training and accountability for team
  • Review practices and modify to improve guest experience
  • Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure management team and crew operate all systems correctly
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
  • Develop employees knowledge and skills through training and coaching
  • Direct restaurant operations to meet brand standards for food and facilities
  • Enforce sanitary practices and proper security procedures
  • Maintain compliance with employment policies and regulations
  • Address and resolve problems proactively involving support resources as needed
