Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of restaurant management experience
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • commitment to maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction
  • willingness to support team development and training

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of restaurant management experience required (full-service preferred)
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • professional, positive, and hospitality-focused approach
  • must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
  • passion for service, teamwork, and growth within hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead FOH operations with a presence-driven approach and guest-first mindset
  • support training, coaching, and development of FOH team members
  • assist with scheduling, labor tracking, and shift leadership
  • ensure brand standards, service steps, and policies are consistently upheld
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and service expectations
  • assist with event execution and high-volume peak shifts
  • help manage inventory, R&M needs, and operational checklists
  • build positive relationships with guests and the team to create repeat loyalty
