Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of restaurant management experience
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead FOH operations with a presence-driven approach and guest-first mindset
- support training, coaching, and development of FOH team members
- assist with scheduling, labor tracking, and shift leadership
- ensure brand standards, service steps, and policies are consistently upheld
- maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and service expectations
- assist with event execution and high-volume peak shifts
- help manage inventory, R&M needs, and operational checklists
- build positive relationships with guests and the team to create repeat loyalty
