Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or leadership role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with POS and scheduling systems is a plus

- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- A people-first leader who loves building strong teams
- Knowledge of food & beverage (bonus if you know your wine and cocktails)
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
- Tech-savvy with POS or scheduling systems preferred

- Run smooth day-to-day operations and keep the restaurant looking and performing its best
- Hire, train, and motivate a high-energy team
- Create memorable guest experiences and handle feedback with care
- Manage inventory, orders, and costs responsibly
