Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant management experience
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to manage multiple restaurant locations
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent problem-solving abilities
- willingness to participate in ongoing management training program
Job Qualifications
- minimum of three years' experience managing in a high volume, full service, casual dining environment
- proven leadership skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to motivate and develop team members
- flexible availability to cover three or more locations
- commitment to high quality food and outstanding service
Job Duties
- Oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations
- achieve sales and profit levels
- maintain Famous Dave's high food quality standards
- set the tone for each shift by leading the team with passion
- provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training to staff
- ensure commitment to company standards of excellence
- manage multiple locations within the Detroit market
