Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability and P&L
- Drive sales through guest service and operations management
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations
- Respond promptly to guest issues and manage feedback systems
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
- Provide coaching and recognition programs to enhance team performance
- Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards
- Manage labor scheduling and staffing
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinators when necessary
