Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining
  • experience in building solid customer relationships
  • management leadership skills to lead by example
  • computer literate proficiency in MICROS, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
  • excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining
  • proven leadership skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams
  • strong understanding of restaurant financials, inventory, and scheduling
  • passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
  • flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to uphold the Ruth's Chris brand standards
  • recruit, train, and inspire team members to provide genuine, guest-focused service
  • monitor financial performance and drive profitability through effective cost and labor management
  • ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service standards
  • partner with the General Manager and culinary leadership to execute flawless dining experiences and special events
  • promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
