Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Two years of experience in front of the house supervision
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to carry a tray with at least six meals and/or beverages
  • Ability to work full-time hours
  • Effective communication skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Two years of front of house supervision experience
  • College or culinary institute degree preferred
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to carry a tray with at least six meals and/or beverages at one time

Job Duties

  • Oversee operations and service of meals in all dining venues
  • Hire, train, and develop wait staff
  • Provide high levels of customer service creating a restaurant-style dining atmosphere
  • Manage cleaning schedules and uphold quality standards
  • Conduct performance appraisals and coach staff
  • Communicate resident preferences and dining feedback
  • Manage dining budgets and control food waste
