Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two years of experience in front of the house supervision
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to carry a tray with at least six meals and/or beverages
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Effective communication skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Two years of front of house supervision experience
- College or culinary institute degree preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to carry a tray with at least six meals and/or beverages at one time
Job Duties
- Oversee operations and service of meals in all dining venues
- Hire, train, and develop wait staff
- Provide high levels of customer service creating a restaurant-style dining atmosphere
- Manage cleaning schedules and uphold quality standards
- Conduct performance appraisals and coach staff
- Communicate resident preferences and dining feedback
- Manage dining budgets and control food waste
