Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management or supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to pass background check
  • willingness to participate in paid, internal training program
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements
  • ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently
  • create and maintain a guest-focused culture
  • recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members
  • coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
  • review guest feedback and implement action plans
  • execute new product rollouts including training, marketing, and sampling
  • control costs to maximize profitability
  • complete regular inventory and financial reporting
  • complete weekly schedules ensuring all shifts are staffed
  • complete vendor orders
  • conduct self-assessments and develop action plans
  • ensure restaurant budget compliance
  • communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to team members
  • perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • lead team meetings
  • deliver training
  • plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance
