Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead dining room operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Guide and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
- Maintain compliance with safety, alcohol, and food regulations
- Address and resolve team conflicts positively and effectively
- Monitor POS systems and handle cash and transaction responsibilities
- Uphold Bar Louie brand standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
