Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- compliance with state alcohol serving age laws if applicable
- ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods without rest
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands effectively
- ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision and adjust focus
- ability to access all areas of the restaurant
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

- control cash, food costs, and labor costs
- review financial reports and schedules
