Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service in applicable restaurants
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands for handling tools and objects
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to taste, smell, verbally communicate
- Ability to use various types of vision including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Assigning and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
- Modeling professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Assisting team members with job duties as needed
- Assisting with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greeting guests and resolving food quality and service issues
- Maintaining efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- Ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- Enforcing safe work behaviors
- Monitoring daily activities for quality food and cleanliness standards
- Controlling operations including cash control, reviewing financial reports, and scheduling
- Controlling food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- Monitoring labor costs using labor scheduling tools
- Performing other duties as assigned
