Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- compliance with state alcohol serving laws if applicable
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and perform manual tasks
- ability to customize safety and sanitation adherence according to CDC and local guidelines
- ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance, reward and discipline staff
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success
- model professional behavior and foster a hospitable atmosphere
- assist with category job duties as needed
- build store sales by executing marketing programs
- champion sales activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash operations and review financial reports
- manage food and labor costs through inventory and scheduling
- perform all other assigned duties
