Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with crew
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

  • maintain compliance with safety and alcohol and food certifications
  • resolve conflicts positively using strong leadership skills
  • communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • uphold brand standards while encouraging creativity and continuous improvement
