Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of manager experience in restaurants

Job Duties
- Manage the performance of multiple Shift Leaders and employees
- promote a fun and positive work environment
- manage the effectiveness of people focused processes and systems
- provide initial and ongoing training to all employees utilizing SmashConnect, LMS, and the 4 step method of training
- reward and recognize employee performance that exceeds company standards
- manage the daily completion of operational checklists including line checks, uniform standards, opening/closing checklists, and safe and deposit logs
- manage FSC operational standards daily
- manage guest experience metrics such as NPS and OSAT
- ensure food safety standards compliance with local health departments
- exemplify guest service on each shift and communicate SIZZLE service standards
- manage onboarding and training for new employees
- support routine management communication
- follow COGS management procedures for food ordering and inventory
- enforce company cash policies to minimize losses
- manage daily labor
- build schedules using company forecast tools and adjust labor as needed
- manage local store marketing programs as assigned
