Job Requirements

- Minimum of three years' experience managing in a high-volume, full-service casual dining environment
- Proven leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations within the DMV market
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and quality standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals
- Maintain Famous Dave's high standards for food quality and safety
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage staffing, training, and performance of restaurant crew
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives
- Monitor inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
