Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years polished casual or fine dining experience
- Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred
- Strong and stable work history
- Wine knowledge preferred
- Basic computer proficiency preferred
Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed department, foster an inclusive environment, develop department associates, hold team accountable constructively and supportively
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure employee and guest safety
- Create memorable guest experiences and authentically connect with guests, participate in community outreach
- Manage department profit and loss, develop initiatives to build sales and profitability, grow guest count, coach and train associates
- Ensure quality food and drink presentation meets recipe standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices maintaining immaculate facilities
- Live and promote company principles and beliefs fostering a passionate, fun culture
