Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with crew
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Lead dining room operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences
  • guide and coach front-of-house team members
  • oversee service flow and partner with kitchen staff to deliver timely, high-quality food and hospitality
  • maintain compliance with safety and brand standards
  • manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling and staff coordination
  • resolve conflicts positively and maintain a supportive work environment
  • promote community involvement and represent the brand at local events
