Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends and evenings
  • Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and labor laws
  • Must be able to pass background check and comply with company policies

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • ServSafe certification
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial information
  • Experience in staff recruitment, training, and development
  • Proficiency in scheduling and operational planning
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staffing and scheduling
  • Develop and supervise employees through training, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards including ServSafe certification guidelines
  • Oversee inventory control, order food and supplies, and manage portion control to reduce waste
  • Handle financial aspects such as cost management, budgeting, analyzing variances and taking corrective action
  • Deliver excellent guest service by responding to complaints and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain a safe and healthy restaurant environment while conducting regular audits and reports
