Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- ServSafe certification required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and labor laws
- Must be able to pass background check and comply with company policies

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staffing and scheduling
- Develop and supervise employees through training, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards including ServSafe certification guidelines
- Oversee inventory control, order food and supplies, and manage portion control to reduce waste
- Handle financial aspects such as cost management, budgeting, analyzing variances and taking corrective action
- Deliver excellent guest service by responding to complaints and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and healthy restaurant environment while conducting regular audits and reports
