Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- ServSafe certification
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to work under pressure
- willingness to work 50 hours per week including weekends

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- recruit, train, and supervise employees
- oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- optimize profits by managing costs and analyzing variances
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- respond promptly to guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance
- ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations
- conduct regular food excellence audits
- schedule and manage staff shifts
- foster employee development and performance management
- handle payroll and administrative duties accurately and timely
- prepare staffing plans and schedules
- maintain positive working relationships with staff
- complete accident reports and ensure workplace safety
- uphold company values and communicate effectively with District Manager
