Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ServSafe certification
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • willingness to work 50 hours per week including weekends
  • reliable transportation
  • valid work authorization

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • recruit, train, and supervise employees
  • oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • optimize profits by managing costs and analyzing variances
  • uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • respond promptly to guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance
  • ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations
  • conduct regular food excellence audits
  • schedule and manage staff shifts

  • handle payroll and administrative duties accurately and timely
  • prepare staffing plans and schedules
