Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- minimum 2 years of restaurant experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks
- ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- must meet state age requirements for alcohol serving if applicable
- ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- adherence to company safety and health guidelines
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with duties as needed
- assist with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control daily operations including cash control and security procedures
- manage food costs through recipe adherence and inventory control
- monitor labor costs through scheduling and sales performance
- perform all other assigned duties
