Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Strong understanding of financial and personnel administrative duties
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • ServSafe certification required

  • Ability to handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in scheduling and staffing management

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff selection and development
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control of food and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards
  • Optimize financial performance by managing budgets, costs, and analyzing variances
  • Provide superior guest service, responding promptly to complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards
  • Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of employees
  • Schedule staffing to meet operational needs and conduct regular team meetings
  • Uphold company policies, complete all administrative duties accurately and on time
  • Conduct food excellence audits and ensure ServSafe certification compliance
  • Promote a safe working environment for both employees and guests
  • Communicate with district management and take corrective actions as necessary
  • Complete other duties as assigned to support restaurant goals
