Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff selection and development
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control of food and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards
- Optimize financial performance by managing budgets, costs, and analyzing variances
- Provide superior guest service, responding promptly to complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of employees
- Schedule staffing to meet operational needs and conduct regular team meetings
- Uphold company policies, complete all administrative duties accurately and on time
- Conduct food excellence audits and ensure ServSafe certification compliance
- Promote a safe working environment for both employees and guests
- Communicate with district management and take corrective actions as necessary
- Complete other duties as assigned to support restaurant goals
