Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience managing a restaurant or food service operation
- ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including financial management, staff selection and training, and guest service
- Oversee inventory control, food ordering, and portion management to optimize profits
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and sanitation standards
- Lead, coach, and develop employees including conducting staff meetings and performance reviews
- Address guest complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and manage work schedules to meet staffing needs and maintain service standards
- Conduct regular audits and maintain records to comply with company policies and legal requirements
