Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
  • food handlers certification
  • alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
  • valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • results driven and team oriented

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • train, develop, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent guest service
  • maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • manage staffing schedules and labor costs
  • handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • ensure inventory control and quality standards are consistently met
  • implement company policies and procedures effectively
