Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, full-service environment

  • food manager certification
  • hardworking, outgoing, positive, and friendly
  • bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred

Job Duties

  • assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and following up with new team members
  • ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipe and quality standards
  • fill in where needed to maintain guest satisfaction and efficient operations
  • participate in ordering and monitoring inventory, supplies, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness
  • maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures
  • develop and mentor team members continuously
  • drive sales and uphold a guest-first approach
