- bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred
Job Duties
- assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and following up with new team members
- ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipe and quality standards
- fill in where needed to maintain guest satisfaction and efficient operations
- participate in ordering and monitoring inventory, supplies, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness
- maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures
- develop and mentor team members continuously
- drive sales and uphold a guest-first approach
