Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week including weekends and peak shifts
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and safety regulations
  • Capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Experience with inventory and supply chain management
  • Proficient in payroll and administrative tasks related to restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and develop restaurant staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and order food and supplies as needed
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets, control costs and analyze financial variances
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Enforce company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards across the restaurant
