Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or food service management
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week including weekends and peak shifts
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adhere to company policies and safety regulations
- Capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe certification

- Proficient in payroll and administrative tasks related to restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop restaurant staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order food and supplies as needed
- Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Prepare and manage budgets, control costs and analyze financial variances
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Enforce company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards across the restaurant
