Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- Ability to execute multi-step instructions and manage quickly changing situations
- Ability to perform mathematical computations for change, employee checkouts, and bank deposits
- Completion of required food and alcohol service training and certifications
- Effective communication skills in English
- Knowledge of office software MS Word and Excel
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to work night and day shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant concepts
- Prior experience with food and beverage quality standards
- Exceptional interpersonal and people skills
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Passionate work ethic
- Proficient in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
- Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate actions to ensure satisfaction
- Motivate and coach staff to maintain a fun and playful atmosphere and high service standards
- Train and develop hourly employees, hold kitchen staff accountable for quality and sanitation standards
- Proactively recruit staff who meet brand image and costume standards to maintain Twin Peaks' brand promise
