Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a full service casual dining environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization
- Availability to manage multiple restaurant locations
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing in a high volume, full service, casual dining environment
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in training and developing staff
- Availability to work across multiple locations
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Achieve sales and profit targets consistently
- Maintain high food quality standards in line with company policies
- Lead, coach, mentor, and train staff to enhance their performance and service delivery
- Set the tone and lead by example during each shift to foster a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with multiple locations and manage resources effectively across the Detroit market
