Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to meet company standards and increase sales
- Control costs, including cost of sales, labor, and cash handling to meet budget targets
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- Oversee food quality, inventory management, and supply ordering
- Respond to guest complaints and ensure a positive guest service experience
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop employees, including scheduling and staffing
- Ensure workplace safety, complete audits, and maintain compliance with all regulations
