Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to meet company standards and increase sales
  • Control costs, including cost of sales, labor, and cash handling to meet budget targets
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
  • Oversee food quality, inventory management, and supply ordering
  • Respond to guest complaints and ensure a positive guest service experience
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and develop employees, including scheduling and staffing
  • Ensure workplace safety, complete audits, and maintain compliance with all regulations
