Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Three to five years experience in a restaurant environment
- At least one year of management experience preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and percentages
- Ability to make sound business decisions
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
- Ability to maintain composure and poise under pressure
- Strong computer knowledge and ability to learn new software programs

Job Duties
- Participates in the community as a representative of the company
- Responds to customer complaints and resolves them to ensure repeat business
- Maintains and promotes a no-compromise attitude towards Hospitality, Quality, and Value among staff
- Executes improvement plans based on guest feedback to enhance customer loyalty
- Remains available via cell phone to respond to needs when offsite
- Recruits, retains, trains, and develops staff dedicated to high hospitality standards
- Demonstrates and reinforces leadership behaviors to gain employee loyalty and pride
- Effectively schedules staff in advance to control labor costs and meet coverage needs
- Maintains safe and secure working conditions for staff and assets
- Administers performance reviews for managers and oversees staff reviews
- Maintains employee records in POS and timekeeping systems
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Enforces Gibsons Restaurant Group standards consistently and fairly
- Opens and closes the restaurant adhering to housekeeping and presentation protocols
- Supports restaurant goals to achieve volume growth and profits
- Oversees PDR events to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Reviews financials with GM to address discrepancies and optimize profits
- Manages payroll and employment records with GM
- Completes restaurant paperwork accurately and timely
- Performs other assigned duties as required
